Love yourself

She looks in the mirror

But doesn’t like what she see

She overthinks every photo

Before she presses delete

She alters her hair twenty times

Still doesn’t think it’s good enough

She looks at her figure

And wishes she were slimmer

She cribs of not finding love

And of bullies

And their mean words

But who’s fault is it after all?

How do you expect someone to love

What you yourself hate

How do you ignore mean words

If you think they are true

No one can do you any harm

Unless you harm yourself too

Love your flaws

They make you you

And it’s time to finally fall in love with you
